Greenhouses from the air

We move you into position before the work comes up.

Predictive Marketing is one program. Project Intelligence finds and tracks the projects coming your way, our team maps who decides and aims your ads, pages, papers, posts and outreach at those people, and your sales team walks in known. Nothing in it is sold on its own. It runs across Canada from day one and follows you into the markets you export to. When the buyer writes the short list, you're already on it.

From a grant announcement to the short list, in six months.

Illustrative. The project stays on your list for months, and what we run changes as it moves.

Month 0 · Announced

It enters your pipeline

A funding announcement and a filing point to a gathering expansion near Grande Prairie. Estimated value to you: $1.2M to $2M. It ranks third.

We run: LinkedIn ads to the operator's project team, and a project page with your Peace Region work.

Months 2 to 4 · Permit and funding

The engineers are named

The permit is approved and the board sanctions the project. We name the engineering firm and the leads writing the packages.

We run: a white paper on coating programs for northern gathering systems, sent to the engineering team.

Month 4 · Eligibility

You're registered in time

The operator requires ISNetworld and its own vendor list. We flag it ten weeks early, so you're registered before anyone writes a list.

We run: the registration checklist and a capability statement to procurement.

Month 5 · Contractor award

The buyer changes

The mechanical package goes to a general contractor, who is now your buyer. The pursuit moves to their estimators and procurement team.

We run: ads to the contractor's team, and a meeting booked at the conference they're attending.

Month 6 · Short list

You're on it

The buyer decides who to call. The people choosing have seen your name, your page and your paper for months. Win or lose, the result sharpens how we rank the next one.

We run: the call list and talking points for your sales team.

Your first six months.

The program runs on a plan, not a menu. Project Intelligence tells us where the work is and who decides; the marketing follows the signals. Here is what happens, in order, from the day you start, anywhere in Canada.

Month 1

Your pipeline, and who decides

We set up your Project Intelligence profile for all of Canada, hand you the projects coming your way, ranked by what each is worth to you, and name the people who decide on the top ten. We check that your site and your message will hold up when those people look you up, and fix what wouldn't. Your LinkedIn page starts posting.

  • Project Intelligence profile, Canada-wide
  • Ranked projects, top 10 buying teams named
  • Messaging, and the first project page
  • Site and search ready for the buyers who will look
Months 1 to 6

Getting you connected and known

The signals tell us where to aim. Every month: campaigns to the buying teams, a page for each new pursuit, a paper every two months, eight posts, thirty direct touches to named people, introductions where we can make them, and the weekly call to decide what moves.

  • Ads and search aimed at the buying teams
  • Project pages and papers that show you've done this before
  • Posts and direct outreach to the people who decide
  • Introductions, registrations, meetings
At every stage change

The play that stage calls for

When a project moves, the plan moves with it. Permit approved: the engineering firm gets the paper. Contractor named: their estimators see the ads. Short list forming: your sales team gets the call list and the talking points.

  • Stage alerts the day they happen
  • Prequalification flagged ten weeks out
  • Call lists and talking points
  • Wins and losses fed back into ranking

Pursuits land on your brand. We make sure it holds up.

An ad that sends a procurement lead to a weak website wastes the head start. In the first 90 days we check the foundations every pursuit depends on, and fix what would cost you the meeting.

Website and landing pages

Clear capability pages, project proof and a contact path built for B2B buyers.

So they find you when they search

SEO and AI visibility

Ranking for the projects, services and regions your buyers search, and showing up in AI answers.

So the message is consistent

Positioning and messaging

Why a buyer should pick you, said the same way in every ad, page and paper.

So we can prove it worked

Tracking and CRM

Every pursuit tied to the project, the visit, the reply and the meeting.

Every project, every dollar, every meeting.

Your monthly report starts with the question that matters: which projects are we pursuing, where each one stands, and what came of it. Wins and losses feed back into how we rank the next ones.

Across borders.

The program covers all of Canada as standard. When you sell beyond it, or you're about to, we add the markets you export to, one at a time, for $1,000 a month each. A US state or region is $750.

In each market we add, the same things happen: we read that market's permits, tenders, awards and capital plans, the analyst names who decides on the projects that fit you there, and the marketing follows, with the content, site and conference presence it takes to be taken seriously as a Canadian supplier. We also line up the Canadian programs that help fund the entry. A conference meeting package is included each quarter once the program runs in an international market. Project Intelligence goes international the same way, at $750 a market, without the marketing.

See the market add-ons

Before you start.

Is $8,500 a month a lot?

Not against the work it's aimed at. The projects in your pipeline are worth hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars. One $300,000 package pays for three years of the program. One $2M contract pays for it twenty times over. The question isn't the fee. It's how many of those packages you've lost to a competitor who heard about them first.

How big does a project need to be?

Predictive Marketing pays off when a single contract is worth around $100,000 or more to you. Below that, Project Intelligence on its own is usually the better fit, and your sales team works the list.

Do we need Project Intelligence first?

No. Predictive Marketing includes Project Intelligence and an analyst. Most clients start with the Project Report because seeing their own projects makes the case.

How is media spend handled?

Ad spend is billed at cost, separately from the program. Management is included up to $7,500 a month in spend, and $10,000 once an international market is added, and 15% of spend above that. Project-targeted campaigns usually need far less, because the audiences are small and specific.

Can it run outside Canada?

Yes. Add each market you export to for $1,000 a month, or a US state or region for $750, and the program runs there the same way it runs here. Most clients start national and add a market once the Canadian pipeline is moving.

Does this replace the marketing we're doing now?

For most clients, yes. Predictive Marketing becomes your marketing program: the ads, pages, papers, posts and outreach all run inside it, aimed at the projects. Your brand, your website and your sales team stay yours. Anything you run for other reasons, such as recruiting, consumer work or community sponsorships, carries on beside it. If you have an agency on retainer for B2B demand today, this takes that seat.

Can we pick and choose the parts?

No. The program works because Project Intelligence, the team and your sales people run on the same projects. You can grow it: more markets, faster delivery, a bigger buying-team map. You can't take the ads without Project Intelligence, or the papers without the pursuits.

What about a new website?

The program keeps your existing site and search working for the buyers we send to it. A full rebuild is separate work, quoted after the first 30 days if you need one.

Is there a minimum term?

Six months. Projects take months to move from first signal to contract, and the first results usually land inside that window.

Who talks to the buyer?

Your team owns the sales conversation, pricing and close. We get you in front of the buyer, warm, with the call list and talking points.

What if a competitor is also a client?

We hold one client per category per region, so we never aim two clients at the same project.

Be the name they already know when the work comes up.

Start with your Project Report. You'll see exactly which projects we would have moved you into position for in the last 60 days.
