What does fractional leadership cost?A fraction of a senior hire. Engagements are scoped to your size and stage after the first meeting. You'll always know the number before we start, and there are no long lock-ins.
Do you replace our agency or team?Usually the opposite: we make them better. Your existing doers get clear briefs, honest feedback, and a plan to execute against. If a vendor isn't earning their keep, we'll tell you that too.
Do you work outside Calgary?Yes, we serve all of Alberta. Most of the work travels well over video; when it matters to be in the room, we show up.
